Hi!

You can call me NK. I live in Calgary, Canada, I've been working in content for 9 years, and I was previously a content designer at RBCx..

I spend most of my time writing user-facing and user-guiding copy for mobile and web apps. I also recently delved into the world of "content accessibility and inclusion".

Some of my time goes into creating and implementing various content design governance documentation to ensure that products are designed with everyone in mind.

When I’m not writing UX copy, you'll find me creating content (on Instagram and YouTube), taking photographs, engaging in martial arts, singing, Netflixing, mentoring aspiring content designers, or settling squabbles between my kids (every 3 minutes).  

I’m very passionate about what I do and love to motivate other people who want to start their careers in content design but are not very clear on what steps to take.
